With the Guaranteed Sale program, your home will sell—no matter what. At the start of a 180-day contract, Tammy Waraksa will agree on a guaranteed sale price for your home, then help you through the normal process of selling. If your property doesn’t sell by the end of the listing contract, Tammy Waraksa will purchase it from you. It’s as simple as that!

Meet Tammy and Mike

Tammy and Mike were born and raised in Wausau, Wisconsin. They were high school sweethearts and have three daughters and a family dog. Tammy has been providing real estate services to the greater central Wisconsin area for over 13 years. Tammy started real estate in 2006 and, through years of dedication and hard work, she earned Sales Person of the Year in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Mike served for 6 years active duty in the United States Air Force, then worked in the construction industry. In order to dedicate more time to his family, Mike left the construction industry, worked for his real estate license, and now helps Tammy in their growing family real estate business.
With the abundance of referrals from satisfied and loyal clients, in 2016, Tammy and Mike brought on additional real estate agents and office administration to establish The Waraksa Group.
Meet the Support Team
Cassy has been with The Waraksa Group since July 2016. She started in Real Estate with a marketing & administrative position, then earned her real estate license in January of 2017. Cassy’s current role for The Waraksa Group is Team Manager, primarily focusing on transaction coordination, team organization, and property listings. In addition to her Real Estate license, Cassy has bachelor’s degrees in Business Communications and Public Relations, with a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, Cassy enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, as well as attending sporting events, concerts, and traveling.
Taylor grew up and went to high school in Abbotsford, Wisconsin. She then went on to graduate college at the University of Wisconsin Stout with a degree in Graphic Communications. Soon after she started her career as a Marketing Coordinator for The Waraksa Group. Taylor has been creating different marketing material for the team such as pictures, videos, social media graphics, open house packets, etc. When she is not working, Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, being outdoors, attending or participating in sporting events, and traveling.
Meet Our Realtors
Jamie is a fun loving spirit, who enjoys staying active. She was born in Sandusky Michigan, and moved to the Wausau area in 2001. She attended Wausau West High School, where she discovered her love for interior design. Although life had a few different plans for her including two children, marriage, and a pug puppy, she has never stopped looking for a career that would embrace all of her passions. After selling and buying their home, she knew being a realtor would be the perfect fit for her. Jamie’s love for design and eye for creativeness has always been a passion of hers. From the many house remodels to her furniture making and interior design, Jamie’s skills will aid her in helping her clients find their perfect home.
Mandie was born and raised in Clintonville WI. She attended Northeast Wisconsin Technical College and was a Surgical Technologist for 22 years specializing in Orthopedics and Cardiovascular surgery. Her life revolves around helping people personally and professionally. In 2022 she decided to help people find their dream homes and became a real estate agent. Her passion for helping people drives her to go the extra mile for her clients. The relationships with her clients are the most rewarding part of her new career. She married her husband Nick in 2015. She has 2 amazing daughters Allison and Natalie. In her free time she loves spending time outdoors and on the lake with her family.
